2. Data we may use

• Registration and contact: name, email, telephone number, CPF or CNPJ when necessary, and account details.
• Purchases and delivery: address, items purchased, amounts, coupons, order status and support history.
• Payments and fraud prevention: the selected method, transaction identifiers, payment status and information required for fraud checks.
• Browsing and security: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, technical logs and cookies.
• Communications: messages sent through forms, email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we use the data

We use personal data to:

• process orders, payments, digital deliveries, support and refunds;

Payments are processed by Appmax. Data required for the transaction is transmitted securely so that Appmax can authorize, decline, reconcile or refund the payment. Portal Softwares does not use the full card number or security code for other purposes or display them in the standard order history.

The payment institution and other participants in the payment arrangement may process data under their own legal obligations, security and fraud prevention rules, and privacy policies.

5. Sharing

We may share only the necessary data with:

• Appmax, financial institutions and fraud prevention services involved in the payment;
• WooCommerce and technical providers used to operate the store;
• Hostinger and other infrastructure, security and storage providers;
• email, WhatsApp and support services chosen by the customer;
• measurement and advertising tools activated after the cookie choice, when applicable;
• public authorities or third parties when required by law, a valid order or the need to exercise rights.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies may be used for the cart, session, security, consent preferences and checkout operation. Optional analytics, performance or advertising cookies are activated only according to the choice presented in the cookie notice.

We adopt technical and administrative controls proportionate to the risk, including HTTPS connections, restricted access, updates, monitoring and backups. No environment is completely immune to incidents; when necessary, we will take containment measures and make the notifications required by law.
