None of the rules below limits mandatory rights under Brazilian law.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>Portal Softwares is the trading name of 65.144.097 IAGO COELHO SALLEZZE, registered under CNPJ 65.144.097\/0001-51.<\/p><\/div>\n<section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-confirmacao-e-entrega-da-compra\"><h2 id=\"legal-confirmacao-e-entrega-da-compra\" tabindex=\"-1\">1. Purchase confirmation and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The order is confirmed after payment approval. Delivery follows the method and timeframe shown in the offer and may involve a download, an activation key, account access or assisted support.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>Incorrect details, fraud checks, temporary unavailability or the need to verify the buyer&#8217;s identity may require additional contact. If the offer cannot be fulfilled, the customer may accept an equivalent solution, expressly agree to a new timeframe or receive a full refund.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-direito-de-arrependimento-nas-compras-online\"><h2 id=\"legal-direito-de-arrependimento-nas-compras-online\" tabindex=\"-1\">2. Right of withdrawal for online purchases<\/h2>\n<p>For contracts entered into online, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days, counted from signing the contract or receiving or being given access to the product or service, as applicable, under Article 49 of Brazil&#8217;s Consumer Protection Code.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>No reason is required, and the request can be made through the channels listed on this page. When the right of withdrawal applies, amounts paid will be refunded in full, with no penalty, administrative fee or retention of payment fees.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-chaves-licencas-e-acessos-digitais\"><h2 id=\"legal-chaves-licencas-e-acessos-digitais\" tabindex=\"-1\">3. Keys, licenses and digital access<\/h2>\n<p>Simply viewing, downloading or activating a key does not automatically waive mandatory statutory rights. At the same time, a valid cancellation ends the authorization to use the product associated with the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>In the event of withdrawal or a full refund, Portal Softwares may cancel or request revocation of the key, license, download or access when technically possible. The customer must stop using it, uninstall the product where applicable, and not copy, share, transfer, reuse or attempt to reactivate the canceled credential.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>To process the cancellation and prevent subsequent misuse, we may check delivery and activation status with the manufacturer, distributor or responsible platform, using only the necessary data. We will never ask for passwords, full card numbers or security codes.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-chave-invalida-item-incorreto-ou-falha-de-entrega\"><h2 id=\"legal-chave-invalida-item-incorreto-ou-falha-de-entrega\" tabindex=\"-1\">4. Invalid keys, incorrect items or delivery failures<\/h2>\n<p>If the key does not work, the delivered item differs from the offer or delivery does not take place, provide the order number and describe the problem. We may request screenshots or error messages strictly necessary for diagnosis, taking care not to expose personal data or the key itself.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>After review, Portal Softwares may correct delivery, provide activation guidance, replace the key or file, or issue a refund, according to the case and applicable law.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-como-solicitar-cancelamento-suporte-ou-reembolso\"><h2 id=\"legal-como-solicitar-cancelamento-suporte-ou-reembolso\" tabindex=\"-1\">5. Receipt will be confirmed through the channel used; additional information will be requested only when necessary to locate the order or verify delivery.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-forma-e-processamento-do-reembolso\"><h2 id=\"legal-forma-e-processamento-do-reembolso\" tabindex=\"-1\">6. Refund method and processing<\/h2>\n<p>A refund will be requested through the original payment method whenever technically possible. Portal Softwares will communicate the request to Appmax or the responsible institution and send confirmation to the customer. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and the financial institution&#8217;s processing.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-solicitacoes-depois-do-prazo-de-arrependimento\"><h2 id=\"legal-solicitacoes-depois-do-prazo-de-arrependimento\" tabindex=\"-1\">7. Requests after the withdrawal period<\/h2>\n<p>After the statutory withdrawal period, where there is no invalid key, defect, discrepancy with the offer, delivery failure or other mandatory ground for cancellation, no refund is available for a simple change of mind, use incompatible with requirements clearly stated before purchase, or activation carried out correctly.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>Requests outside these circumstances may be considered exceptionally, depending on the license type, offer terms and technical possibility of revocation, without creating an obligation for future cases.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-fraude-compartilhamento-e-uso-indevido\"><h2 id=\"legal-fraude-compartilhamento-e-uso-indevido\" tabindex=\"-1\">8. Fraud, sharing and misuse<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery or refunds may be temporarily suspended while objective signs of fraud, unauthorized payment, key sharing, attempted reuse after cancellation or manipulation of the chargeback process are reviewed. The review will be limited to what is necessary and will not prevent a legitimate buyer from providing information or challenging the decision.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"portal-legal-section\" aria-labelledby=\"legal-referencias-legais\"><h2 id=\"legal-referencias-legais\" tabindex=\"-1\">9.
